Network Rail's extensive upgrade programme at Kings Cross station continues.
New Kwik-Klik hoardings have been added on Platform 1 at Kings Cross station in London.
Kwik-Klik has developed a unique 100% recycled PVC panel in Network Rail blue/grey colours for temporary hoardings at sites throughout the UK.
In addition to Kings Cross, these hoardings, along with a number of complementary Kwik-Kwik systems, are currently being used at Cannon Street, London Bridge (The Shard), Liverpool Street, Birmingham New Street and Edinburgh Waverley.
The panels seen in the photograph are manufactured in Network Rail grey as specified in the Network Rail R-11 temporary hoarding standards. They help to retain a professional appearance at stations.Click the photo to enlarge
Our systems have also passed rigorous wind and impact tests stipulated by Network Rail, before approval was granted for use on platforms at mainline stations.
The contactors on this project include Goldris, Vinci, Carillion and Construction Total Solutions.
