Kwik-Klik supplied a 410 linear metre In-Ground perimeter hoarding for a 2-year build programme at the RAF’s largest fast jet air base at Lossiemouth in Scotland.
The robust 2.5 metre high PVC panels and the scaffold frame supporting them was designed to withstand the substantial coastal winds experienced on the site.
The steel supports behind the In-Ground hoardings slide into plastic sleeves within concrete footings to provide extra strength and to allow quick dismantling at the end of the project.
Kwik-Klik commissioned wind calculations before the specification was agreed.
